for legal reasons, access to electronic resources licensed by Vienna University Library is limited to students and employees of the University of Vienna. Access is controlled by u:access login. When you log in as a student at our search tool u:search, you will be automatically logged in to u:access and full text links on the “View It” tab lead you to the online article.
E.g. the search link from you request (“Tariff Reductions and Trade in Manufactures among the Industrial Countries / Balassa, Bela / The American Economic Review, 1966”) provides the online article via JSTOR. What do you see on the “View It” tab? Do you get an error message – in u:search or on the JSTOR platform?
